Dues per calendar years are:
- USPS ZIP Code Address........... $15.00
- Canada and Mexico ................ $17.50
- All Other Addresses ................ $20.00
Applications received prior to October 1st will be recorded as members for that calendar year, and as such members will receive all journal issues for the calendar year.
Applications received on or after October 1st will be recorded as members for the following calendar year.
The Philatelic Communicator is distributed by Bulk-Rate to U.S. ZIP Code addresses, by First Class mail to Canada and Mexico, and by AO Printed Matter Airmail to all other addresses.
Dues may be paid for only one calendar year in advance in which payment is made.
